Music Together Online Mixed Ages Class

What is Music Together Mixed Ages Online?

Like all our classes, Music Together Online is designed to teach the way young children learn: through play. During each online music class, Music Together teachers from your local center will lead music activities for the whole family to sing, play, and jam along to and show you how to make everyday items like wooden spoons, bowls, and lovie stuffed animals into musical props. Even though your teacher is on the screen, each class has been designed as an active music-making experience for little ones and their grownups.

Mixed Ages classes are designed for familes with children ages birth-five, but the whole family is welcome to participate. Unlike live classes, we charge one family fee for as many kids who wish to participate in Mixed Ages classes.

Sing and Swing offers Mixed Ages in a package of five classes per week, two pre-recorded classes and three zoom classes. Some families find the pre-recorded classes most convenient because they can view on their own schedule and as many times as they would like. Some families look forward to the live, interactive experience a zoom class can bring. Recorded classes are stored in a password protected family portal to be accessed by enrolled families only. Zoom classes are currently scheduled for Tuesdays at 10am, Saturdays at 10am and Wednesday afternoons at a floating time.

Tuition includes up to 100 minutes of classes, a songbook and CD and digital streaming access to all the music we use in class.
